1. Selection tool
With the Selection tool you can select and move your clips. The standard keyboard shortcut is v.
2. Track forward tool
With the track forward tool you can select all clips on your timeline and move them together. The standard keyboard shortcut is a.
You select everything to the right of where you have your cursor. Left-click, hold and drag to move the clips.
You can also select all files on one track. Press A, hold down Shift. Click, release shift and then drag the files.
You can Track backward aswell. Press Shift+A, release Shift and then hold and drag to move your files.
3. Razor tool
You cut clips with the Razor tool. The standard keyboard shortcut is c.
To cut all clips at a certain point on the timeline. Press C and then hold down Shift.
4. Text tool
Add your text fast with the text tool. The standard keyboard shortcut is t.
Press anywhere on your program panel and start typing. A text graphic will be created on your timeline. You can manage the settings for your text in Effect controls or your Essential graphics panel.
